You’re probably here because you want to know more about who I am, what’s my story, and why I care about women being confident, healthy and powerful.
So, let’s start with what I do! I guide women in their 40s and 50s to live with gusto and feel confident in their own skin by helping them tap into their mental and physical strength.
As women we have so much to accomplish in life, and being burdened with how we feel about our bodies shouldn’t suck all of our energy. Haven’t we lost enough sleep with the head games of playing through all the drama from the past and worrying about the future?
I’ve been there, and I can tell you, there is a better way.
How do I know?
Because I’ve endured several tragic losses, sh*t sandwiches if you will, including two divorces, the early death of my father and the murder of my step-sister (domestic violence at the highest level).
These events, plus everyday life stuff like a 20+ year career in corporate, raising two (now adult) children and training as a competitive athlete have given me a unique perspective on life and how to thrive even in adversity.
And really, who of us doesn’t have adversity . . . it’s not like life is going to stop throwing curve balls!
